Preparing, auditing, validating, and analyzing compensation data, reports, and system information Helping deliver annual compensation cycles through data preparation, testing, reporting, and issue resolution Supporting compensation projects, regulatory requirements, audits, and reporting activities This role offers broad insight into compensation programs across the region within a integral organization.

Experience in Compensation, Rewards,



HR Operations, People Analytics, HR Shared Services, or a similar data-driven HR environment Strong analytical skills with a capacity to interpret data, identify trends, and provide practical recommendations Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and reporting Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality when handling employee and compensation data Preferred experience includes working with compensation programs, salary administration, job evaluation, market pricing, incentive plans, pay equity, or compliance-related activities.
