About Proplead

Proplead is an AI agent that qualifies leads for independent real estate agencies in Spain. It answers property enquiries 24/7 over WhatsApp, qualifies them, and passes agents the ones worth their time.

What you'd be taking over:

- A live, maintained product, with an active paying customer worth €1,000 so far in lifetime value (LTV)
- A database of ~5,900 agencies across Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga, Alicante and Valencia
- Brand, pricing (from €69/month), and tested outreach and Meta Ads playbooks
- Stack: React, TypeScript, Firebase, Twilio/WhatsApp API, OpenAI

The opportunity The founder can no longer give Proplead the time it needs and is stepping back to an advisor and investor role. We want someone to take the company over and lead it. You won't start from zero: the product works, a customer is already paying for it, and the groundwork for selling it is done. The honest picture is that revenue is still small. The company needs a leader to turn it into a growing business.

What you'll own

Everything. In practice:

- Direction : positioning, target market, pricing and what the product does next
- Go-to-market : sales, marketing and customer acquisition, run by you or by someone you hire
- Team : recruiting a technical co-founder or CTO, plus a GTM lead if you don't take that on yourself
- Customers : onboarding, retention and turning feedback into product decisions
- Money : finances, and fundraising if and when you decide to raise





Major decisions are agreed with the founder, who stays involved as advisor and investor and can help with a specific area if needed.

What we're looking for

- SaaS go-to-market experience . You've sold, marketed or grown a B2B SaaS product and know how to find and win customers.
- Sound business judgment . You set priorities, read the numbers and know when to change course.
- A founder's mindset . You want to own the outcome, with no one telling you what to do.
- Ability to recruit . You can convince a strong technical co-founder to join on equity.
- Fluent Spanish and English . Our customers speak Spanish today, but the goal is to expand into other markets, and future investors may be international too.

Nice to have: real estate or proptech experience, having founded a company before, and comfort working with AI tools.

Compensation: let's be upfront

- No salary today . If you can't work without a salary for a while, this role isn't for you, and we completely understand.
- Majority equity is on the table for the right person, with standard vesting (4 years, 1-year cliff).
- You set your own salary once the business can support it, agreed with the founder.
- Part-time is fine to start , with a minimum weekly commitment we agree on together.
- Everything goes in writing in a founders' agreement before you start: equity, vesting, salary, the founder's role, and what happens if either of us walks away.

Process

1. Intro call: your background and why Proplead.
2. Business deep dive: full access to the product, customers and numbers.
3. Your plan: you present how you'd grow Proplead in the first 90 days.
4. Terms: equity, vesting, salary and the founder's role.
5. Trial period: 2 to 4 weeks of close work together before anything is signed.
