We are looking for a Change Manager specialised in HR Transformation to support a client in the implementation and integration of a new HR management system.
The successful candidate will contribute to change management activities, helping teams adapt to the new solution and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, communication and user adoption.
Location: Madrid, Spain - Hybrid (minimum 3 days on-site per week)
Experience: 3–5 years or more
Languages: Spanish required; English is a plus
Key responsibilities:
- Support change management activities throughout the HR system implementation.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Support organisational readiness, adoption and training initiatives.
- Facilitate the integration of the new solution into existing HR processes.
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5+ years of experience in Change Management, HR Transformation or similar projects.
- Experience supporting HR technology implementations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Sopra HR is a plus.
- Fluent Spanish; English proficiency is an advantage.
Project details:
- Hybrid working model, with at least 3 days per week on-site.
- Initial allocation of approximately 50%, with potential to increase.
