About Moldboxer
Moldboxer helps creators and small businesses turn ideas into real products through mould-making software, tools, and materials. From candles and ceramics to cakes and jewellery, there’s a lot to make and a lot worth showing.
We’re looking for a hands-on Content Creator who can turn that process into content people want to watch, share, and try for themselves. You’ll own our social channels and produce short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, alongside longer YouTube content, taking projects from the first idea through making, filming, editing, and publishing.
What you’ll do
- Come up with ideas worth making. Develop concepts, formats, and a content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Bring your own ideas alongside product demonstrations, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes stories.
- Help make what goes on camera. Work with the team to design moulds, prepare projects, and create the pieces featured in our videos. From cooking and baking to ceramics, jewellery, and candle-making, you’ll get involved in the creative process to showcase what people can make with Moldboxer.
- Film and edit. Handle shoots, lighting, sound, editing, captions, and pacing. Create everything from a quick, satisfying process video to a clear, engaging long-form tutorial.
- Own publishing across our socials. Adapt content to each platform, write captions, prepare thumbnails, and keep a consistent publishing rhythm. Use audience questions and feedback to inspire new content.
- Learn from performance. Track what holds attention, gets shared, and brings people closer to our products. Test hooks, topics, and formats, then use the results to improve the next video.
- Use creative tools well. Explore AI and other tools that help with ideation, editing, subtitles, translation, and content production.
Most of your time will go into creating: developing ideas, making things, filming, and producing finished content. Our audience already exceeds 50,000 followers across our social channels . As Moldboxer enters its next stage of growth, we’re looking for someone to build on that momentum, bring fresh ideas, and take ownership of how our brand comes to life through content.
What we’re looking for
- Around 2–3 years of content creation experience , whether for a brand, an agency, freelance clients, or your own channels.
- A strong portfolio with variety . Show us different ideas, subjects, formats, and editing approaches, and explain which parts you personally handled.
- Confident video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- A good eye for composition, lighting, pacing, and the details that make a video satisfying to watch.
- An understanding of storytelling: how to catch someone’s attention, build curiosity, and deliver a worthwhile ending.
- A good level of written and spoken English , including the ability to write captions and scripts.
- An interest in arts, crafts, and making things . Experience creating content about baking, pastry, ceramics, jewellery,
or other creative activities would be a plus.
- The organisation and initiative to take an idea through to a finished, published piece.
You don’t need previous experience with 3D printing or mould-making. We’ll help you learn. Things that will stand out
We’d love to see content you’ve created that has reached a large audience or gone viral. Tell us what you made, your contribution, and why you think it worked. We’ll also look closely at the quality, originality, and variety of your work.
Photography, graphic design, packaging design, and experience growing your own social channels are useful extras.
What we offer
- A full-time role with a salary of €22,000–€30,000 gross per year , depending on experience.
- Primarily onsite, with the possibility of telework discussed after the onboarding period.
- Creative ownership and room to test your ideas.
- Hands-on access to tools, materials, and projects that give you something new to create and share.
- Opportunities to develop your skills across content, storytelling, design, and making.
- Room to grow: As Moldboxer and its creative team expand, this role could evolve into a Creative Director position, with greater ownership of creative direction, brand storytelling, and coordination of other creators.
How to apply Send your CV or a short introduction, together with a portfolio or links to content you’ve created.
Choose examples that show your range. Include your strongest work, any longer videos, and content that performed particularly well.
Your previous work will be a central part of how we assess your application.
