Your Mission

As part of a multidisciplinary engineering team, you will be responsible for developing advanced control strategies for wind turbines, directly contributing to the efficiency, stability, and overall performance of wind energy systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain control algorithms for wind turbine systems.
- Develop and optimize control strategies to improve performance, efficiency, and operational reliability.
- Perform modeling, simulation, verification, and validation of control software.
- Analyze system behavior using simulation tools and data analysis techniques.
- Support the integration, commissioning, and testing of control systems.
- Identify performance improvement opportunities through operational data analysis.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to control systems.
- Collaborate with software, electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, technical specifications, and engineering requirements.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives and continuous improvement activities.





Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience in control theory, dynamic systems, and control system design.
- Knowledge of control system modeling, simulation, and software development.
- Hands-on experience with MATLAB/Simulink .
- Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems and their interaction with control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Good level of English to operate in an international technical environment.
