We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with Dutch to join a leading general provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions, supporting complex business processes for international clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, handling customer interactions professionally, and contributing to an exceptional overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain excellent communication and phone etiquette.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new processes and products.

Requirements




- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or a customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong telephone and customer handling skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.

Languages
- Dutch: Native/C2 level
- English: C1 level or higher

Location ? Remote position within Spain

Working Hours

? 39 hours per week

Monday to Friday

Rotating shifts between 08:00 and 16:00

Contract

✅ 4-month temporary contract, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent contract directly with the company
