We are looking for an experienced Data Quality Project Manager to lead the definition, deployment, and governance of Data Quality across a major enterprise transformation programme.

This role is focused on ensuring trusted, complete, valid, unique, and migration-ready data is adopted across business domains, business models, sites, and deployment waves. You will connect legacy, migration, and operational data quality activities through strong governance, actionable insights, and sustainable controls.

Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of Data Quality rules, including definition, repository governance, prioritisation, validation, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Define migration criticality, KPI thresholds, readiness criteria, and escalation mechanisms to support deployment milestones and stage-gate decisions.
- Coordinate the development of Data Quality rules across multiple domain teams, covering matching, deduplication, cleansing, and validation of both master and transactional data.
- Own Data Quality dashboards, scorecards, and reporting to provide consolidated visibility across sites, domains, business models, data objects, and deployment waves.
- Partner with Data Offices, Data Domain Owners, business teams, deployment teams, and digital teams to drive ownership and remediation activities.
- Facilitate governance forums, workshops, webinars, and stakeholder communications.
- Communicate progress, risks, decisions, and actions to senior leadership.
- Embed sustainable Data Quality monitoring, ownership, and remediation practices into operational processes following go-live.

Required Skills
- 5+ years' experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Migration, Master Data Management,



or large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of Data Quality rule management and governance frameworks.
- Experience working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Knowledge of data migration methodologies and deployment readiness processes.
- Experience designing and monitoring Data Quality KPIs.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Proven project leadership experience within complex matrix organisations.

Nice to Have
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Exposure to large-scale data transformation or migration programmes across multiple business units or locations.
