As a Delivery Consultant in AWS ProServe, you design, implement, and manage AWS solutions to meet client objectives. You lead large-scale portfolio assessments and migrations, guiding customers through complex data-centre exit programmes across geographies. You apply best practices, architecture decisions, and risk mitigation to drive successful cloud transitions.

This role blends technical leadership with cross-team collaboration to deliver enterprise-scale outcomes and accelerate customers’ cloud journeys.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Own portfolio assessment for large application estates (1,000+ servers) and score apps across technical design and CMDB data
- Apply migration decision tree to assign R-strategies and document rationale in Architecture Decision Records
- Build and maintain dependency maps using applications and reconcile tooling data with owner interviews
- Design wave plans grouping apps by dependency, balancing capacity, respecting regulatory frozen zones, and coordinating across geographies




- Lead Tech Bridge sessions with application owners to validate disposition decisions and unblock migration paths
- Feed wave planning into AWS Transform for factory-ready move groups
- Identify and escalate risks to wave timelines and drive mitigations
- Collaborate with Security, Networking, and Replatform teams to address cross-cutting dependencies in wave sequencing

Responsabilidades

- 3+ years of external or internal customer-facing, complex, large-scale project delivery in migration programmes
- Experience leading large-scale data centre exit programmes or hands-on infrastructure, network, compute, xugodme storage, and virtualization
- Experience with portfolio assessment and application disposition on large VMware estates (1,000+ servers)
- Experience with application discovery and dependency mapping tools (e.g., ModelizeIT, AWS Application Discovery Service, or equivalent)
- Experience with wave planning: dependency grouping, capacity balancing, multi-geography coordination under regulatory constraints
