Overall 15+ years of IT experience

Must have 10+ years of experience as Business Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Experience acting as Dynamics CE platform owner. Responsible for business vision, prioritisation and roadmap

Language is English. Spanish not required though a benefit

Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 & experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365 and latest Agentic AI /Co-Pilot capabilities and use/benefits within and around Dynamics CE solutions

Strong client facing communication skills

Experience of defining solutions on the Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent

Understanding of when to use Dataverse (common data service) and Dataverse for Microsoft Teams platforms

Experience of designing solutions in one or more of the Dynamics 365 customer engagement first-party applications: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Sales Insights,

MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales

MB-230: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service

MB-200: Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core

PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant

And ideally certification in one of the following:

MB-240: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service

MB-220: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing
