About the Role

We are looking for a technical engineer with a solid power system background and overseas project experience to join our Energy Storage System team. You will act as a key bridge between technical and commercial teams, responsible for technical solution design, technical responses, and full-cycle management of technical agreements for international customers, supporting the growth and delivery of our overseas energy storage business.

The role covers Spain or the South American region, with a primary focus on key markets including Spain, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and other Spanish-speaking countries

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop technical solutions, respond to technical inquiries, and lead the drafting, negotiation, revision, and finalization of technical agreements based on customer needs and project-specific scenarios.
2. Apply in-depth knowledge of power system architecture and overseas grid standards to design solutions for complex application scenarios, supporting international sales efforts.
3. Master energy storage system design technologies, participate in system architecture design and optimization, and ensure solutions meet project requirements and local grid connection standards.
4. Collaborate with sales, project, R&D; teams,



and customers to drive technical solutions from initial communication through to contract signing.
5. Track changes in overseas grid standards and policies, and provide technical input for product and solution iteration.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above in Power Systems, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of power system architecture and overseas grid standards; experience in overseas energy storage or power projects is preferred.
- Familiar with energy storage system design, including battery systems, PCS, EMS, and grid connection technologies.
- Capable of technical proposal writing, technical agreement negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Good English communication skills, able to use English as a working language for technical communication and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to multi-project and international working environments.
