In this Engagement Manager role, you lead complex AWS-based cloud migration and implementation projects, translating business goals into technical requirements. You guide cross-functional teams, balance trade-offs across performance, security and scalability, and ensure delivery aligns with customer outcomes. You work with AWS Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework to shape strategy, risk management, and best practices.
This role offers impact across diverse stakeholders, leadership on multiple projects, and opportunities to deepen cloud-domain expertise.

Responsabilidades
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner across cross-functional teams
- Experience delivering IT projects with external customers or equivalent
- Experience in program or engagement management xugodme leading multiple projects
- Experience with Agile and PM toolsets (Jira, Rally, VersionOne, Taiga)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- English and Spanish fluency required for this role
