At SQUAD Technology Solutions , an IT outsourcing company, we are looking for an Expert AI Engineer FREELANCE to help shape the next generation of enterprise AI architecture. A highly technical role combining AI strategy, Agentic AI, governance and hands-on engineering , with a strong focus on turning architectural vision into scalable and actionable solutions.

? What are we looking for?

- ? Strong AI expertise and solid data foundations , with the ability to define robust, scalable AI architectures aligned with enterprise technology standards and business priorities.
- ?️ Architecture and enablement mindset , operating beyond traditional delivery by defining architectural direction, principles, patterns, guardrails, and reusable frameworks for AI initiatives.
- ? Hands-on technical capability , able to build PoCs, review solution designs, write Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), and produce technically credible artifacts that delivery teams can use immediately.
- ? Expertise in Agentic AI architectures , including agent-based systems, multi-agent patterns, orchestration approaches, and the architectural foundations required to adopt and scale these solutions effectively.




- ? AI strategy and productivity focus , identifying, validating, and scaling AI-enabled ways of working that deliver measurable improvements for architects, developers, and knowledge workers.
- ? AI Factory enablement , acting as an Enterprise Architecture representative to ensure AI solutions developed at scale are architecturally sound and aligned with enterprise AI governance and Group standards.
- ? Strong understanding of AI governance and enterprise architecture , ensuring that AI initiatives are designed with scalability, compliance, consistency, and long-term maintainability in mind.
- ? English proficiency at B2+ level , with strong communication skills and the confidence to discuss complex technical and architectural topics. Interviews will be conducted fully or primarily in English.
