Own Your Voice Academy is an environmental leadership and innovation hub operating at the intersection of sports, health, technology, and sustainability.

We are developing Arena Pulse, an MVP designed for stadium sporting events—including football (soccer) and American football—to transform stadium telemetry and event data into actionable sustainability insights and new opportunities for stakeholders.

We are looking for a Finance & Growth Intern to help us develop the financial component of Arena Pulse while supporting market outreach and pilot development.

The Role

This is an opportunity to work directly with an early-stage innovation project and have meaningful ownership over both the financial strategy and commercial development of the MVP.

You will research and help develop the financial models, value propositions, and potential revenue opportunities that can be integrated into Arena Pulse. At the same time, you will support outreach to potential pilot partners, working closely with our legal team to help structure and advance conversations with organizations interested in testing the technology.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Market Research

- Research the financial and commercial opportunities surrounding stadium technology, sports analytics, telemetry, and fan/event experiences.
- Help identify potential revenue models and business models for Arena Pulse.
- Develop financial assumptions, basic projections, pricing concepts, and ROI/value propositions for potential partners.
- Research potential customers, partners, sponsors, stadium operators, clubs, leagues, and technology providers.
- Translate research into practical recommendations for the MVP’s financial component.
- Help identify what financial data and metrics should be incorporated into Arena Pulse.

Outreach & Business Development
- Research and identify potential organizations for pilot testing.




- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential stadium, club, league, technology, health, and sports-industry partners.
- Support personalized outreach to potential pilot partners.
- Help prepare outreach materials, presentations, and partnership proposals.
- Track outreach, responses, meetings, and next steps.
- Work alongside the legal team to support the process of engaging potential pilot partners and moving conversations toward pilot agreements.

Startup & Product Collaboration
- Work directly with the founders and wider team to translate research into MVP improvements.
- Contribute ideas on how financial insights can become part of the Arena Pulse product.
- Participate in strategy and product discussions.
- Help validate assumptions through conversations with potential users and partners.
- Bring an entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset to an evolving early-stage project.

What We’re Looking For

- Currently studying or recently graduated in Finance, Economics, Business, Entrepreneurship, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the intersection of finance, sports, technology, and innovation.
- Comfortable conducting financial and market research.

*B2 English level or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable with outreach and initiating conversations with organizations and professionals.
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads, research tasks, and follow-ups.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—you enjoy working with incomplete information and figuring things out.
- Comfortable working in an early-stage environment where the role can evolve quickly.

This is not a traditional finance internship. You will have the opportunity to help shape how Arena Pulse creates value, how it can generate revenue, and how we take the MVP into pilot environments.
