As FPu0026amp;A Sr. Manager, you will support the FPu0026amp;A function with financial insights for senior management and key stakeholders. You’ll consolidate forecasts with BU and Corporate teams and assist investor relations. The role is based in Madrid with a hybrid cadence, collaborating across units to drive budgeting, reforecasting, and financial modeling. You’ll shape FPu0026amp;A practices, develop dashboards, and support strategic initiatives in a growing, mission-driven company.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Formulate and create annual budgets and business plans with the Director of FPu0026A
- Prepare monthly reforecasts and BU FPu0026A reports with variance analyses and key drivers
- Develop BU cash flow sensitivity analyses and reforecast distributions
- Review DevEx capitalization and forecasts; reforecast Gu0026A for BUs




- Prepare BU quarterly reviews and annual board materials
- Analyze long-term operating models and post-contract assumptions impact
- Conduct scenario analyses and update short-term financial models
- Produce production updates and support growth pipeline forecasting
- Provide project-level modeling support and strategic advisory
- Collaborate with BU and Corporate to improve FPu0026A processes and xugodme tools
- Develop FPu0026A dashboards (Power BI) and support Workday Adaptive rollout
- Understand industry trends and be a primary source of competitive insights
