We're a four-person brand agency in Madrid working with consumer brands, corporates and mid-market companies across DACH and Spain. Strategy, design, communication — everything under one roof.

We're looking for a freelance senior brand designer to join us part-time and take ownership of retainer design work: social media assets, templates, campaign adaptations, layout production. The work might sound simple, but the standard isn't. You need to understand brand systems deeply enough that nothing you deliver breaks the consistency we've built.

What you'll do:

You'll work alongside our in-house designer on ongoing retainer clients. That means adapting existing brand systems across formats and languages, producing social content, building templates, and handling day-to-day design requests. Some projects will also challenge you creatively — we need someone who can take a brand and push it to the next level, not just maintain it.

What we need from you:

- Senior-level brand design skills. You understand typography, color systems, layout hierarchy and spacing without someone explaining it.

- You have a feel for brands — you see when something is 95% right and know how to get it to 100%.
- You're detail-obsessed. Our clients operate in German, English and Spanish. Copy-paste errors, wrong umlauts, broken line breaks — that can't happen. You catch what others miss.
- Figma is your main tool. You're comfortable in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and can work in Canva when the client setup requires it.

The setup: Part-time, roughly 10–20 hours per week. Fully remote, but you need to be available during CET working hours for syncs and quick feedback loops. We work in Slack, Figma and Notion.

This is freelance. You invoice us monthly. If the collaboration works, this can grow.
