About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic French-speaking Freelance Customer Engagement Specialists who enjoy connecting with people, gathering information, and creating opportunities for our clients. Our client supports international companies with:

- Lead generation and qualification

- Appointment setting

- Market research projects

- Customer and prospect outreach
- Data validation and database enrichment
- Customer satisfaction and follow-up campaigns

This is not a hard-sales role. The focus is on building professional relationships, gathering valuable information, and helping clients connect with the right people.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will:

- Contact companies and professionals by telephone.
- Identify opportunities and qualify potential leads.
- Conduct market research and information-gathering activities.
- Schedule appointments for sales and business development teams.
- Validate and enrich customer data and CRM records.




- Accurately document conversations and outcomes.
- Represent our clients in a professional and positive manner.

Requirements
