Our client is looking for German-speaking professionals to join their IT Support team in vibrant Málaga! - Provide remote IT support to retail stores across Europe - Troubleshoot hardware, software,



applications and incidents - Support retail store systems and POS environments - Handle service requests and incidents following ITIL guidelines - Document solutions and ensure accurate ticket handling - Guide users towards self-service solutions - Act as an advocate for users and their technical needs - Contribute ideas to continuously improve the global IT Service Desk What are we looking for?
- Fluent German and English - An interest in IT and technology - Basic hardware and software troubleshooting skills - Understanding of basic networking concepts - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Analytical and solution-oriented mindset - Proactive approach to problem-solving - Comfortable with versátil working hours, including occasional weekends - Previous experience with POS systems is a plus, but not essential
