Hays is currently recruiting a Head of Sales for a leading international company within the services sector in Madrid.

Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end sales function across multiple markets, covering inbound, outbound, and retention channels.

- Define and execute the sales strategy and growth roadmap, optimizing existing channels while identifying new opportunities for expansion.

- Drive sales conversion, revenue growth, customer retention, and renewal performance.

- Lead and develop large-scale sales operations, managing both internal teams and BPO/outsourced sales partners.

- Monitor key commercial KPIs, including conversion rates, retention, customer outcomes, and operational efficiency.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness, customer journeys, and process efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and data protection requirements.





- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize campaigns, tools, processes, and sales performance across all markets.

Requirements

- Proven experience leading large-scale sales organizations across inbound, outbound, and retention environments.

- Strong track record of delivering results in multi-channel and multi-market sales operations.

- Experience managing and improving the performance of BPO/outsourced sales providers.

- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, conversion improvement, and customer retention.

- Experience leading large teams and senior operational managers in complex international environments.

- Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

- Fluent English required.
