RESPONSIBILITIES Join us as a Full Time Helpdesk Specialist! You will be responsible for providing first-line technical support, troubleshooting, and assistance for multifunction printers and related devices, via calls, chats and e-mails! (no sales involved!) You will attend in German and English.

WHAT WE OFFER

·Permanent contract. ·Monday to Friday job position! ·Full-time position, with a fixed split schedule from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. ·Annual gross salary (39h/week): €19,623.91, plus a monthly productivity and quality bonus of up to €160 gross (up to €1,920 gross per year).

·Two weeks of training at the Barcelona work centre,



with immediate start. ·Office with Excellent location, near Hospital Clinic metro station- ·Career development and growth opportunities. ·On-site position in Barcelona with the possibility of remote work once you’ve gone through a solid learning curve and become independent in your role!

REQUIREMENTS Technical background in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in Customer Service or similar tasks. Strong knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems, and technical problem-solving. Fluent germand plus German (English-only speakers candidates will not be considered). Valid Spanish NIE & Social Security Number, Barcelona-based, immediate availability, and willingness to work on-site.
