ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Implementation Engineer to drive high-impact enterprise Saa S implementations that connect complex IT/OT environments with real business value. This role blends deep technical leadership, solution design, and customer partnership to accelerate onboarding and maximize outcomes for large-scale organizations. It stands out for its strategic influence, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to act as a trusted advisor in complex enterprise Saa S transformation programs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IT software solutions, including capabilities, integration points, and value proposition for very large enterprises

• Partner with internal stakeholders and meet with client stakeholders to identify needs, challenges, and objectives, translating them into customer solutions that decrease time to value

• Drive the customer onboarding journey through technical expertise in available customizations and ensure requirements are met during implementation

• Act as a trusted advisor collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Customer Success, and R&D; to ensure solutions meet expectations and technical feasibility

• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive solutions,



and evolving IT/OT technologies to provide thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders. MUST HAVES 3+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Solution Engineer, or similar role within the IT or OT software industry servicing large accounts

• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals, TCP vs UDP troubleshooting , and routing basics;

Experience working with VPNs and proxy authentication scenarios

• Hands‐on experience configuring and troubleshooting firewall rules inbound and outbound

• Awareness of conditional access and secure gateway concepts

• Knowledge of ports and protocols

• Expertise in enterprise software solutions, preferably in IT/OT integration, data analytics, cloud technologies, or industrial Io T

• Strong understanding of enterprise environments, including challenges, architectures, and decision‐making processes

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non‐technical audiences;

Experience with enterprise‐level Saa S implementation engagements and solution design

• Proficiency with modern tools and platforms such as cloud infrastructure, virtualization, APIs, and middleware

• Fluency in English. NICE TO HAVES Experience integrating or working with tools such as Service Now, secure web gateways or zero‐trust platforms, and other ITSM, IAM, or security proxy solutions

• German and French language skills.
