We are looking for talented professionals with 1-3 years of experience who want to accelerate their consulting career as part of our Digital Core Transformation team in Madrid. You will have the opportunity to participate in large-scale transformation programs, supporting project governance activities, and ERP transformation initiatives for local and international clients.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, gaining exposure to project management, business process transformation, data analysis, and digital transformation initiatives. This role provides an excellent opportunity to further develop consulting, analytical, and project management skills while contributing to high-impact projects for leading organizations.

What will you do?

- Track project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Prepare periodic reporting, including project status, progress updates, and issue management.
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand, document, and monitor business process transformation activities.
- Coordinate with different Capgemini teams involved in the project.
- Support project governance activities and documentation management.
- Assist project managers in the monitoring and control of project execution.
- Maintain project KPIs, risk and issue tracking, and governance reporting materials.
- Support ERP transformation initiatives, including testing coordination and deployment readiness activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration (ADE), Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in PMO, business analysis, consulting or digital transformation initiatives.
- Understanding of business processes and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SAP Activate or hybrid approaches).
- Experience supporting process analysis, process improvement, or business transformation initiatives is highly valued.
- Interest in data analysis, reporting, and project performance management.
- Knowledge of SAP-enabled transformation programs, SAP S/4HANA projects, or SAP business process environments is considered a strong asset.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar is a plus.
- Fluent Spanish (mandatory).
- English level C1 or higher.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and structured way of working.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
