- Canary Island Job Title: Nutanix Engineer/ Networking IT Support Engineer Location: Tirana, Tirane, Canary Islands Employment Type: Freelance (On-Call Basis) Priority: Low Role Overview We are hiring a Nutanix Engineer/ Networking IT Support Engineer to support enterprise infrastructure environments.

This role requires flexibility for on-call support and the ability to work across regional time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy and manage Nutanix HCI environments (AOS, AHV, Prism) Perform upgrades, patching,



and lifecycle management Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions Provide on-call incident response support Work with general teams on cloud and infrastructure projects Maintain system documentation Required Skills &

Experience 5+ years in infrastructure or virtualization engineering Strong experience with Nutanix stack Knowledge of VMware or Hyper-V Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP) Experience with DR xugodme and backup tools Scripting (Power Shell/Python) is advantageous Preferred Qualifications Nutanix Certification (NCP or higher) CCNA Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP Automation tools knowledge (Ansible, Terraform) Soft Skills Strong communication skills (Local language & English preferred) Ability to handle critical incidents Team-oriented and proactive
