? We’re hiring: On-site IT Support Specialist – Madrid

We’re looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join an international environment and become the primary on-site IT contact for employees in our Madrid office.

? What you’ll be doing

- Provide Level 2 IT support for Windows workstations, peripherals, business applications, connectivity and mobile devices.
- Manage incidents and service requests in ServiceNow , from qualification and prioritization to resolution and closure.
- Handle hardware and software provisioning, installation, configuration and troubleshooting .
- Support IT onboarding and offboarding , including equipment deployment, replacement, recovery and user lifecycle activities.
- Maintain accurate IT asset and equipment records .
- Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides and knowledge articles .
- Work independently on-site while coordinating priorities, escalations and service performance with a Paris-based management team and local stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT support processes and user experience .

? What we’re looking for

Required:





- Several years of hands-on experience in corporate IT support / Digital Workplace services .
- Strong experience with ServiceNow incident and request management.
- Solid Level 2 troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with hardware/software deployment and configuration.
- Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes .
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English ????

- ITIL-based practices
- French is a plus ??
