Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Navarcles. The Owner will oversee the overall strategy, operations, and growth of Daily Europe Jobs, including defining business goals, managing budgets, and ensuring the platform meets the needs of job seekers and employers. Daily responsibilities include supervising content publication, maintaining quality standards for job listings, coordinating with partner employers, and monitoring market trends to expand services and reach.

The role involves leading a small team or external collaborators, setting priorities, and optimizing workflows for timely and accurate updates. The Owner will also represent the brand in partnerships, negotiations, and community engagement activities, ensuring sustainable business development.

Qualifications

- Strong business management and leadership skills, with experience in strategic planning, operations oversight, and team coordination.
- Background in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition,



with an understanding of European job markets and employer expectations.
- Competence in digital platforms and online publishing, including basic knowledge of website administration, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with employers, partners, and service providers.
- Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve services and user experience.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
