Admiral Media is a fast-growing, award-winning creative performance marketing agency. We’re looking for an experienced performance marketer to run and scale international paid campaigns for a integral luxury fashion brand, where brand prestige and measurable revenue have to work together. This role is fully remote and we hire globally.

What you will be doing

- Plan, launch and optimize international paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube), Pinterest and others
- Drive e-commerce revenue at a luxury level: high AOV, ROAS, CPA, new-customer acquisition and customer lifetime value
- Build full-funnel strategies, from prospecting and retargeting to retention, across multiple markets and currencies
- Manage product feeds and catalog and Advantage+ Shopping campaigns, and optimize product-level performance
- Brief the creative team on assets that perform without diluting the brand’s premium, high-fashion look
- Analyze performance in GA4, Excel and BI dashboards, find the insights behind the numbers and turn them into clear next steps
- Report results in clear, presentable formats for client and leadership stakeholders
- Use platform automation and test new ad products (alpha and beta programs) to stay ahead
- Work with brand,



e-commerce and CRM teams to align paid media with collections, drops, seasonal campaigns and sales periods

What you bring

- Minimum 2 years of performance marketing experience, ideally in fashion, luxury, lifestyle or e-commerce
- Proven results managing six-figure monthly budgets across Meta and Google, with ROAS and CPA targets
- Strong grasp of the core metrics (CPM, CPA, ROAS, AOV, LTV, MER) and attribution, tracking and pixel/CAPI setups
- Experience with product feeds, catalog ads and Shopping/PMax campaigns
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills; dashboard experience in Looker, Tableau or Data Studio (BigQuery is a plus)
- An eye for fashion, aesthetics and brand tone, and the judgment to protect a premium brand while still performing
- Fluent English; other languages (German, Italian, French, Arabic, etc.) are a plus for international markets
- Excellent presentation skills
- Very analytical, structured and accurate, with attention to detail
- Motivation to learn and grow, and curiosity about what’s next in digital advertising

Nice to have

- App marketing, MMP or SKAN experience
- Experience with CRM and email/SMS, or retention marketing
