ISG is recruiting a

Presales Support professional for a client with one position based on site in

Madrid

. You will help the sales team understand client needs, shape feasible solutions and present proposals throughout the sales cycle.

What you will do

- Qualify opportunities with sales teams and clarify client challenges, objectives and requirements.

- Design solution approaches and prepare proposals, presentations, RFP/RFI responses and Statements of Work.

- Deliver solution demonstrations, workshops and proofs of concept.

- Work with technical and delivery teams to validate feasibility and support client stakeholder and executive discussions.

- Create reusable presales materials and contribute to offering development and market positioning.

What you will bring





- 10+ years of experience and demonstrable contribution to presales or comparable client solution and proposal work.

- Strong solution design, consultative selling, proposal and bid management capabilities.

- Clear presentation skills, stakeholder experience, commercial judgement and analytical problem solving.

- Experience in IT services, consulting, digital transformation or platform solutions is preferred. Large or complex pursuits and relevant certifications are also valued.
