At Caspio, we’re looking for a talented Project Manager to join our dynamic Professional Services team. In this role, you’ll lead custom implementations of our industry-leading low-code platform from start to finish — driving outcomes that delight our clients and make a lasting impact.

Working Hours: This role primarily covers the afternoon shift, approximately 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM CET, with some flexibility around these hours.

What You’ll Do

- Take ownership of custom implementations of the Caspio platform, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and within scope.
- Serve as the main point of contact for multiple customer projects, guiding each one from inception to successful completion.
- Gather, interpret, and document detailed business requirements through interviews and technical walkthroughs.
- Collaborate with developers to translate business needs into efficient, automated solutions and support the creation of accurate Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Present configurable solutions to clients that reduce manual processes and add measurable value.
- Monitor progress, manage milestones, and lead issue resolution to keep projects on track.
- Own the QA process to ensure high-quality deliverables meet expectations.
- Conduct final walk-throughs, resolve discrepancies, and secure sign-offs to close out projects smoothly.




- Stay current on the latest features and updates in the Caspio platform to bring maximum value to clients.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 3 years of experience in web application consulting, or in a Project Manager / Business Analyst role with a customer-facing focus.
- Strong understanding of database design, SQL, and table relationships.
- Working knowledge of XML, WSDL (SOAP), REST, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and manage expectations along the way.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you build trust, inspire confidence, and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Adept at managing multiple projects, shifting priorities, and collaborating with remote teams.
- A proactive, customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude and a passion for getting things done.
