Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Engineer to lead the execution of a large-scale development project in Saudi Arabia.

The idóneo candidate will have extensive experience managing landscape mega-projects, or similar large-scale outdoor developments, with strong leadership and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.

⚠️ This position requires immediate availability to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia.

Main Accountabilities

- Lead the full lifecycle of the golf project from planning and mobilization through execution and handover.
- Oversee construction activities related to golf course development, landscape works, irrigation, infrastructure, and associated facilities.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives.




- Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and design modifications.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead project meetings and prepare progress reports for senior management and clients.
- Ensure timely delivery in line with contractual obligations and project milestones.

Academic Background:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.

Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in project management.
- Demonstrated experience in landscape mega-developments, or similar large-scale outdoor infrastructure works .
- Strong understanding of landscape construction, irrigation systems, earthworks, and coordination of multiple trades.
- Experience managing international projects or working in the Middle East is highly valued.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong financial and contractual management capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction/project management software.
