ISG is recruiting a Project Manager – Oracle Specialist for a client in Madrid. We are looking for someone who brings practical technical knowledge and the ability to manage delivery, people and stakeholder expectations.

In this role, you will:

- Manage projects from requirements definition through to delivery, coordinating priorities, dependencies and risks.
- Coordinate development teams and work closely with business and technical stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories for the development team.
- Apply your PL/SQL expertise to identify poor practices, performance bottlenecks and architectural issues.




- Produce and maintain process and functional documentation for corporate applications and portals.
- Support Agile delivery using Jira or Azure DevOps .

You will bring:

- A relevant professional background aligned with approximately four years’ experience .
- Substantial PL/SQL expertise , including recent practical experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects, coordinating teams and engaging stakeholders.
- Experience with corporate applications and portals .
- The ability to clarify requirements and explain technical issues to business stakeholders.
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies and Jira or Azure DevOps .
- Availability to work fully on-site in Madrid .
