We are seeking a Release Manager / Scrum Master based in Hyderabad to join in a project for our client. Manage end-to-end releases for complex, multi-component enterprise applications across Dev, Test, Prod and Prod-like environments.

Own release planning, scheduling, deployment coordination, release calendars, change windows and release trains. Ensure release governance, audit compliance and full traceability through Azure DevOps. Act as a hands-on Scrum Master and primary facilitator for the delivery team.

Facilitate

Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.



Remove impediments and coach teams on Agile and Scrum practices. 7+ years of experience in Release Management, Agile Delivery, Scrum environments or similar roles. ~ Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including: Boards Pipelines Repositories Release pipelines Test Plans Dashboards and reporting ~ Strong experience working as a Scrum Master and facilitating Agile ceremonies. ~ Active Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM I/II or SAFe Scrum Master. ~ ITIL Foundation or equivalent change/release management certification. ~ Ability to work effectively with integral teams across multiple time zones. ~ Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms. ~ Knowledge of ServiceNow or Jira Service Management. ~
