Role Description The Relocation Consultant role is a temporary, hybrid position based in Madrid, with some flexibility to work from home. The Consultant will coordinate and oversee end-to-end relocation services for corporate clients and individual assignees, including home search support, area orientation, and settling-in services.

Day-to-day activities include advising clients on local real estate markets, liaising with landlords and property agents, arranging viewings, and supporting lease negotiations. The role also involves responding to client inquiries, maintaining accurate case records, tracking timelines and milestones,



and ensuring services are delivered in line with company standards. The Consultant will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to provide a seamless relocation experience and address any issues that arise during the relocation process.

Qualifications

- Strong consulting abilities, including experience in advisory roles and solution-oriented client support (Consulting).
- Knowledge of property markets and experience assisting clients with housing-related decisions (Property Consulting, Real Estate).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain processes clearly and manage expectations (Communication).
- Proven customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, responsiveness, and relationship-building (Customer Service).
- Fluency in Spanish and good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, using digital tools and CRM systems to track and report on cases.
- Previous experience in relocation, real estate, global mobility, or a related field is highly beneficial.
