We're Hiring: Respiratory Marketing Specialist – Madrid

Key Responsibilities

- Marketing Strategy &
- Planning

- Contribute to the annual marketing plan and product forecast for the respiratory portfolio.

- Support strategic positioning and development of key messaging.

- Execute promotional campaigns across digital and in-person channels.

- Market &

- Competitive Analysis

- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.

- Collaborate on market research and gather insights from sales teams and KOLs.

- Promotional Material Management

- Design and adapt promotional materials (print and digital) with agencies and vendors.

- Coordinate approval processes (compliance / legal / medical) and distribution to the sales force.

- Oversee logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.

- Event Planning &

- Promotional Support

- Plan and coordinate promotional and scientific events (trainings, congresses, product launches).

- Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers.

- Handle end-to-end logistics for both in-person and virtual events.

- Sales Team Support

- Act as a liaison between marketing and sales: manage requests, materials, and operational needs.

- Participate in sales team training and prepare internal presentations.

- Occasionally join key field visits to gather feedback.

- KPI Tracking &

- Reporting

- Measure campaign and material effectiveness using performance indicators (sales, market share, ROI).

- Prepare regular reports for management and sales teams.

- Budget &

- Administrative Management

- Monitor and control assigned budget.

- Manage purchase orders,



invoicing, and coordinate with finance and compliance.

- CRM &

- Commercial Activity Support

- Collaborate on CRM administration and updates, ensuring proper customer segmentation and target validation.

- Support campaign creation, distribution lists, and customer coverage analysis.

- Coordinate with sales and IT to optimize CRM as a strategic marketing and impact measurement tool.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Marketing within the respiratory market.

- Degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology or life sciences.

- English level: C1.

- Based in Madrid.
