About the role :

As a Junior Financial Controller, you will support the Financial Controller in driving the agency’s financial performance. You will act as a key liaison between finance and operations, providing commercial insights, supporting decision-making, and ensuring financial discipline across the business.

Key responsibilities :

• Prepare and review month-end reporting, including P&L; and Balance Sheet analysis

• Support month-end close activities and ensure accuracy of financial data

• Lead revenue and margin forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis

• Review and analyze FRP variances, providing insights and recommendations

• Support revenue recognition, billing processes,



and monthly accruals

• Manage and supervise working capital performance and cash flow optimization

• Coordinate with the Shared Service Center (SSC) on accounting matters, including AP, AR, and balance sheet reconciliations

• Liaise with auditors and prepare supporting documentation for annual statutory and management accounts

• Develop and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools

• Support financial processes, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from internal stakeholders and network teams

Skills & experience :

• 3+ years of experience in finance (audit, FP&A;, or controlling)

• Big Four and Corporate Accounting experience preferred

• Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset

• Advanced Excel skills

• Comfortable working with data and financial modelling
