2 at home)ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIESManage the entire recruitment cycle of freelance and agency applications from testing to reference checks prior to bringing them on boardNegotiate rates with suitable talented vendors and update database with accurate information in a timely mannerAct as a liaison regarding any vendor related issues or concernsServe as internal point of contact and owner of vendor quality issues and non-conformancesWork closely and diligently with Project Management, Operations and Business Development teams to support recruitment needsMonitor performance of our resources and provide feedback where requiredIdentify resource gaps and proactively recruit subject specialists to expand our talent poolConduct regular key account reviews with PMs to ensure availability and retention of key resources at competitive rates.Provide timely KPI reportsRecruit and allocate vendors for projects based on client criteriaQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEUniversity degree in relevant discipline (translation, languages)2 + years of recruitment and/or allocation experience, ideally in the translation industryFluent English and ideally one other language, both spoken and written, are preferredSKILLSExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with tact and diplomacyExcellent organizational skills and ability to multitaskAbility to build and maintain relationships in a professional mannerQuality focused with a keen eye for detailGood IT literacy and commercial awarenessToppan Digital Language is committed to equality in employment and is able to consider any necessary adjustments during the recruitment process.#J-18808-Ljbffr
