At NTT DATA, we are looking for a SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Administrator – IGA to join an Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) team supporting a large-scale European organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L2 operational support for SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Manage and resolve incidents, service requests and operational tasks related to the IGA platform.
- Monitor SailPoint IIQ platform health, scheduled tasks and identity processes.
- Support provisioning and deprovisioning processes and investigate provisioning failures.
- Support access certification campaigns and other access governance activities.
- Analyze alerts, logs and operational issues and perform initial troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the SailPoint development team or IGA Lead when required.
- Support testing, releases and platform changes from an operational perspective.
- Maintain operational procedures, runbooks and technical documentation.
- Participate in knowledge-transfer and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements:

- Experience providing L2 support or administration of SailPoint or similar IAM/IGA platforms.




- Good understanding of Identity Governance & Administration concepts, including identity lifecycle, provisioning, roles, entitlements and access certifications.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP.
- Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira or similar.
- Good troubleshooting and incident management skills.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Basic knowledge of Linux and SQL.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of Entra ID and hybrid identity environments.
- SailPoint certification.
- Experience working in complex enterprise or regulated environments.
