Luxury Clienteling & Relationship Building · Build and develop long-term relationships with local and international luxury clients. · Drive repeat business through proactive client outreach, appointment selling and personalized services. · Identify VIP opportunities and support exclusive client events and activations. · Maintain a strong client portfolio and contribute to CRM growth.

International Customer Experience · Deliver an exceptional experience to a diverse international clientele. · Adapt communication and selling approaches to different customer profiles and cultures. · Represent the Ralph Lauren lifestyle through elevated storytelling and personalized styling advice.

WHO YOU ARE & WHAT YOU’LL BRING · Energetic, passionate, and results-driven team player · 2 years experience in a similar role · Proven experience within premium or luxury retail environments. · Excellent organizational and communication skills with in-depth Brand image and visual merchandising knowledge and experience · Experience in operations management · Strong clienteling and CRM experience with a track record of developing repeat business. · Passion for styling, fashion and luxury customer experience.

· Ability to thrive in a seasonal and high-volume retail environment. · Mandatory: English & Spanish Advanced Level · Highly valued: German & Italian
