Our client is one of Europe's leading consumer retailers with a presence in 14 countries. They are looking for new talent to join their team, which is the contact for all their colleagues from the administrations of all the countries and being responsible for the service requests from daily business functionalities.

Main Responsibilities:

- Standardize and harmonize global HCM processes across international business units.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, effective SAP HCM solutions.
- Design concepts and support multi-country projects, rollouts, and go-live operations.
- Partner closely with regional HR teams, key users, IT, and product teams across multiple locations.
- Configure, test, and support SAP HCM modules (with a focus on PA, PT, OM, ESS/MSS) and integrated third-party tools.
- Take full ownership of assigned workstreams, managing priorities independently from initial idea to deployment.
- Drive continuous process improvements and actively share knowledge within a multinational tea

Core skills/experience:

- University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SAP HCM customization,



ideally within SAP ERP 6.08 environments.
- Solid knowledge of core modules (PA, PT, OM, ESS/MSS) and/or SAP Fiori.
- Strong grasp of HR functional processes and a proven ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience participating in international projects, global rollouts, or process harmonization.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, results-driven personality with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent communication skills with ease in collaborating across diverse cultures and international stakeholders.
- Continuous learner with a team-oriented, curious mindset.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
