At Tenth Revolution Group, we're looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to join our Madrid office as a IT Talent Sourcing & Business Development Intern.

This is a full-time paid internship where you'll gain hands‑on experience in both technology recruitment and business development, working alongside experienced consultants in an international environment.

The Essentials

- Monday to Friday

- Based in Madrid

- No previous recruitment experience needed

What You'll Do

You’ll gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle while developing valuable commercial skills.

- Identify and connect with IT professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and internal databases

- Conduct candidate outreach and screening conversations

- Learn how to assess skills, motivations and career goals

- Build your own professional network within the technology market

Business Development & Lead Generation

- Research companies and identify new business opportunities

- Generate and qualify leads

- Support client relationship‑building activities

- Learn how successful recruitment businesses create and grow markets

Recruitment Process Support

- Coordinate interviews and candidate feedback





- Maintain communication with candidates and clients

- Assist with offer management and placement processes

- Gain first‑hand experience of a 360 recruitment environment
