What You Do
- Assist with our global recognition platform, fostering a culture of appreciation and employee recognition within the company.
- Monitor and Report: Track program activity and create reports to analyze usage and results.
- Collaborate with Communications:
Work with General Communications to develop campaigns and communications for the recognition program across various channels.
- Assist Project Management: Assist the Project Manager in facilitating enablement to ensure effective utilization of the platform.
- Engage with Local Teams: Conduct info sessions with different countries to identify local challenges and opportunities.
- Ongoing Support: Provide communications and support to colleagues across functions and locations.
- Link Recognition Initiatives: Help connect recognition efforts to internal and external initiatives/events (e.g., World Gratitude Day, Season of Giving).
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master program; all fields of study are welcome. Experience in project management and data analysis is a plus.
- High proficiency in English is required.
- Strong interest in employee engagement, employee experience, inclusion, wellbeing and data analysis. Passionate about people and
