We are looking for an experienced SAP Service Manager to join our team on an initial 6-month contract , working predominantly remotely from Spain with 2–3 days per month onsite in Barcelona .
This is a key service management role, responsible for ensuring the effective delivery, performance and continuous improvement of SAP services across the business. You will act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders, internal SAP teams and third-party suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of SAP services.
- Act as the primary service management contact for business stakeholders and key customers.
- Manage incidents, problems, service requests and escalations, ensuring issues are resolved within agreed SLAs.
- Coordinate SAP technical and functional teams, including Basis, infrastructure, application support and development teams.
- Monitor service performance, availability, KPIs and SLA compliance.
- Lead major incident management and ensure effective communication throughout critical incidents.
- Drive problem management and root-cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
- Coordinate and oversee SAP changes, releases, upgrades and maintenance activities.
- Manage relationships with external SAP partners and service providers.
- Produce regular service reports and communicate service performance to senior stakeholders
