Main Responsibilities

- Designing, developing and deploying GenAI applications, including LLM-based assistants, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and agentic workflows with tool and API integration.
- Building end-to-end solutions, from backend services and APIs to user-facing web interfaces, integrated with enterprise systems.
- Preparing, structuring and enriching data for AI use cases, including document processing, embeddings and knowledge-base design.
- Defining and applying robust evaluation frameworks for LLM solutions, covering accuracy, relevance, safety, latency and cost.
- Deploying and operating AI solutions on Azure with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring and observability.
- Implementing guardrails, responsible AI practices and security controls, including protection against prompt injection and safe handling of guest data.
- Optimising solutions for performance,



scalability and cost in production environments.
- Evaluating emerging models, frameworks and tools, and translating them into practical recommendations for the business.
- Documenting architectures, processes and standards clearly, and mentoring other team members.

About You

- 8–10 years of professional experience in software engineering, data science or machine learning, including at least 2–3 years building and deploying GenAI or LLM-based solutions in production.
- Strong programming skills in Python and solid experience with SQL, Git and Docker.
- Hands-on experience with LLM application frameworks and techniques such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, prompt engineering, RAG and function calling.
- Proven experience with Azure services, including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps and Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with vector databases and search technologies, and with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Full-stack development experience, including backend APIs (e.g. FastAPI) and modern front-end frameworks (e.g. React, TypeScript).
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, statistics and model evaluation, with experience using Scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with MLOps and LLMOps practices, including CI/CD,



Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Bicep), monitoring and model lifecycle management.
- Good knowledge of security, governance and data protection practices, including IAM, role-based access control and GDPR compliance.
- Professional proficiency in English, with a minimum level of B2.
