Description du poste Your Responsibilities You will manage your activity across three key areas: Business Development Prospect and develop new industrial accounts Identify your clients' technical and business needs Build and grow your own client portfolio Negotiate and close commercial agreements Develop long-term relationships with existing clients Recruitment & Management Identify and recruit engineering consultants for client projects Build and develop your own team of consultants Support consultants throughout their assignments Ensure a high level of client and consultant satisfaction Business Management Manage your revenue and margins Drive the profitability of your business scope Define and execute your business development strategy Monitor and analyse your key performance indicators Profil recherché Profile You have at least 2 years of experience as a Business Manager, Business Developer or in a similar role ,
