and see first-hand how a sales team is built from the ground up.What you'll do- Support the Lexroom Sales Academy in Spain: help run recurring training programmes (onboarding, ramp-up, advanced training), keeping track of schedules, materials and success metrics.- Coordinate onboarding for new sales hires: organise the first week and the first two months of ramp-up, including calendars, materials, internal speakers and hands-on exercises.- Contribute to training sessions: co-deliver modules on sales methodology, discovery, demos and objection handling, prepare role-plays and help collect structured feedback.- Keep content up to date: maintain Academy playbooks, scripts, templates and materials as the product and market evolve.
