partnerships and market-entry approaches.Work closely with founders and management teams on strategic priorities, growth opportunities and key business decisions.Monitor business performance and identify the keyKPIs and value driversbehind each venture.Prepare and present strategic recommendations and investment materials toPartners, founders and other senior stakeholders .Support fundraising, investment processes and other relevant corporate transactions when required.Build relationships across theSpanish startup and venture capital ecosystem, identifying opportunities, talent, partners and relevant market insights.Act as a senior sparring partner while remaining sufficiently hands-on to move projects forward autonomously.What we're looking forAround6–8 years of relevant professional experience, with the maturity and judgement to operate confidently with founders, Partners and senior stakeholders.Strong track record within the
