Antal International is recruiting, on behalf of an international technology consulting and transformation firm, a Senior Manager – Strategy & Technology to join its team in Spain.

The company is in a growth phase and is looking to strengthen its advisory, business development and account leadership capabilities across the Energy, Telecommunications, Media & Utilities sectors.

The role offers a high degree of autonomy and visibility, combining strategy, technology, transformation, commercial development and team leadership .

Areas of Expertise The ideal candidate will have a broad perspective across strategy, technology and transformation, with in-depth expertise in one or more of the following areas:

- Strategy & Transformation: IT Strategy, Digital Transformation, Target Operating Model (TOM), organisational and operational transformation.
- Program & Transformation Management.
- IT Governance & Sourcing: sourcing advisory, outsourcing/insourcing, RFI/RFP processes, vendor management and IT cost optimisation.
- Data & Digital: Data Strategy, Data Governance, Digital Transformation, AI/GenAI Strategy.
- Enterprise Technology: Enterprise Architecture, Technology Roadmaps, Cloud Strategy, Application & Integration Strategy.
- Energy & Telco Transformation.

Requirements
- 15+ years of professional experience in technology, strategy or transformation consulting.
- Experience within consulting firms, technology integrators or similar environments.
- Experience working with clients in Energy, Telecommunications, Media, Utilities or other regulated sectors .
- Proven experience leading programmes, complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience working directly with C-Level / Executive stakeholders .




- Demonstrable track record in business development and consulting services sales .
- Experience managing accounts, pipelines, commercial proposals and RFP/RFI processes.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term commercial relationships.
- Broad understanding of business, organisational and technology challenges.
- Ability to develop and present high-level value propositions.
- Experience leading and developing consulting teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy and strong results orientation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
