In this role, you drive end-to-end trial delivery by leading a cross-functional team to execute the operational plan, manage risk, and ensure delivery on time and on budget. You will ensure regulatory and internal compliance, prepare for inspections, and foster a culture of quality and Credo behaviors. This position offers impact across global trials within Innovative Medicine, with opportunities to shape trial management in a large, mission-driven organization.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Lead the Cross Functional Trial Team (CFTT) to deliver the operational plan and end-to-end trial execution
- Own trial delivery, budget, timelines, quality, and milestones including planning for DBL/CSR/TLR and protocol deviation resolution
- Proactively monitor milestones and mitigate risks; implement contingency plans
- Ensure trial operations comply with global regulations and internal procedures
- Identify study conduct risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate as needed
- Prepare for and participate in Health Authority inspections and internal QA audits
- Maintain inspection-readiness with Ru0026D Quality oversight
- Participate in process improvements at trial,



compound and cross-DU levels
- Mentor onboarding of new team members in Trial Management
- Foster employee engagement and Credo behaviors
- Lead and ensure inspection readiness for programs via risk identification and readiness reviews
- Provide leadership during Health Authority inspections and program-level risk mitigation
- Support onboarding of new team members in Trial Management

Responsabilidades

- BS degree or equivalent; life sciences preferred
- 8+ years in pharmaceutical, healthcare or related industries
- Experience across multiple phases of clinical trials (I–IV) xugodme
- 2–3 years leading multiple aspects of global clinical trials
- Strong leadership, team-building, and collaboration skills
- Ability to lead in matrixed, general environments without direct authority
- Excellent decision-making, analytical and financial management capabilities
- Proven project planning/management, communication, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 15–20%
