WHAT YOU’LL DOAs a Health & Safety Responsible, you will play a key role in driving Health & Safety initiatives across the market, ensuring safe workplaces, legal compliance, and strong preventive practices across all stores, offices, and operations. You oversee risk assessments, incident management, training, audits, and travel-risk processes while partnering cross‑functionally to embed a strong safety culture.Your key responsibilities include:- Lead and oversee all aspects of workplace safety and compliance across our locations.- Ensure compliance with country specific Health & Safety laws & regulations, as well as integral guidelines and routines.- Fosters a culture of safety and contribute to a secure environment for both employees and customers.- Develop, implement, and maintain Health & Safety Policies, procedures, and manuals in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.- Conduct risk assessments and controls, identify potential hazards, recommend corrective actions, and follow up to ensure implementation.- Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports,
