MISSIONWe are looking for a hands-on and business-orientedIndustrial HR Manager (m/f/d)to lead the People function at the company’s main site in Spain, supporting several business units, production areas and warehouse operations.Our client is an international industrial group headquartered in Barcelona Greater Area with a strong manufacturing presence across Europe, the Americas, Asia and North Africa, employing more than 500 people worldwide.This is a broadHR generalist leadership rolerequiring solid expertise in labour relations and people development with the ability to manage the full employee lifecycle within a complex industrial environment.The role focuses has a strong emphasis on collective bargaining agreements, legal compliance, HR advisory to managers and the digitalization of HR processes.The person will act as a key partner to local management while working closely with Corporate HR.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead the local HR function for the Spanish site,



ensuring alignment with corporate HR policies and the specific needs of the different business lines.Manage the application of several collective bargaining agreements, ensuring legal and operational compliance across production, warehouse and office environments.Act as the main HR point of contact with employee representatives and works councils, leading regular communication, consultation and negotiation processes.Advise site management and line managers on labour law matters, including contracts, working conditions, disciplinary procedures, dismissals, sanctions, internal policies and employee relations topics.Ensure the correct application of Spanish labour legislation in an industrial environment, including shifts, working calendars, production-related specificities and warehouse operations.Manage labour conflicts, disciplinary files, mediation processes and employee relations cases when required.Support and coordinate equality plans, compliance initiatives, internal policies and HR processes across th
