The decisions we make in the next 18 months will shape an industry.The RoleWe’re looking for an experiencedTechnical Customer Success Managerto join our team and own a portfolio of agency accounts.You’ll build and manage long-term customer relationships, driving retention, adoption, and expansion while also identifying and closing new commercial opportunities. You’ll represent INFINNI at global industry events, build relationships with new prospects, and generate pipeline through in-person networking.This role combines Customer Success, commercial ownership, and consultative discovery. You’ll need enough technical understanding to discuss API,



dashboard, integration, and AI use cases with customers and prospects, working with Product and Engineering when deeper technical expertise is needed.This role involves approximately40% international travel .You’ll be responsible for:Customer & Account Management:Own a portfolio of agency accounts and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.Drive retention, adoption, and expansion across your accounts.Identify and close upsell and renewal opportunities.Understand customer goals and challenges and act as a trusted advisor.Events & New Business:Represent INFINNI at global industry events and conferences.Build relationships with agency owners and decision-makers and generate new business opportunities.Run consultative discovery with prospects, understand their needs, and identify where INFINNI can add value.Confidently handle objections and commercial conversations.Product & Technical
