Key Responsibilities * Cultivate and expand a client base focused on wealth management (B2C) * Provide tailored advisory services and maintain strong client communication * Identify financial needs and deliver customized solutions to grow assets under management * Conduct comprehensive client reviews and create bespoke wealth management strategies * Apply a consultative approach to understand client goals and provide appropriate solutions * Stay informed on integral markets and trends to deliver accurate, up-to-date advice Required Skills * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, economics, or management * Strong service orientation, numerical acumen, and attention to detail * Aspiration for or possession of UK Level 4 advisory qualification * Experience with high-net-worth clients preferred * Familiarity with investment, offshore, fintech, bond, or pension products advantageous * Integrity, professionalism, and collaborative spirit * Analytical skills, risk assessment capability, and proven sales track record * Ambition, goal orientation,
